100 Penny Salute

Gun manufacturers, especially the U.S. government, should donate $1 to public school education for every bullet they create. This way Republicans can keep their guns, Democrats can keep their education agenda, and the kids (who really matter) can get something from arms dealing aside from stray bullets.
