Monsoon rains on the island of Manhattan plus the closure of Fifth Avenue lead to traffic congestion. The buses travel even slower trying to operate like whales in a Chinese restaurant aquarium. What was once a 15 minute ride is now a 45 minute walk before the 30 minute train, where I found a seat with a window view.
